Want to remove mold from our basement, would you recommend or not recommend a company?

I recently looked at a home in interested in buying it was built in 1998 and is a beautiful home the only problem is there is a mold problem in the kitchen and down through the celler.I can get the home at a great price but how much of a headache would it be getting it removed or is it even worth it? the house is truly a beautiful home and i dont want to pass it up. please help, any suggestions is appreciated.

How do you remove Black mold and mildew fom a Dishwasher? I read somehwere there is a home mixture you can make and then run it through to clean it.

I am wondering what the laws are on the removal of black mold from a structure, specifically a senior housing apartment complex. Is it legal to repair infected areas with the residents there still?
